Hello!
I am a virtual assistant based in County Clare, Ireland.

• Prior to my current role, I worked as a dental nurse and practice manager in several busy dental practices for a total of 17 years.
        
• I am an IDC & IDNA registered RDN with nearly 20 years experience in Practice Management, Treatment Co-Ordinatination, and Dental Radiography.
       
• Through this experience, I have honed my skills in customer service and administration, and gained the ability to effectively communicate with individuals from all walks of life.
        
• My expertise includes front-facing customer service, as well as financial administration and general office management. I am proficient with SOE Exact software , iTero, and Microsoft office.
       
• My proficiency in organization and leadership allows me to excel both as a team player and in a leading role.
         
• My educational background includes a Diploma in Dental Nursing from UCC, as well as a BDA certificate in Dental
  Radiography. and most recently, a Bookkeeping certification.
